Why Organic Food?

There are many studies that prove organic food is indeed healthier for the human body and contributes to a longer life. The term "organic" shouldn't be confused with "natural" because they aren't synonyms. Organic refers to the entire process followed by farmers to grow and process agricultural products, including caring for soil and water conservation, as well as pollution reduction. Farmers who have organic farms use exclusively natural fertilizer to assure a healthy soil and control weeds.

Considering all the above, it's no wonder that organic food is the way should food has to be for us to be healthy. Organic food is definitely safer and more nutritious than non-organic food, while organic production is better for the environment and kinder to animals.
